1 · Scope

These terms govern your use of mindnullstudio.com. Mindnull is an independent software studio based in Ankara, Türkiye. Using the site means you accept what follows; if you do not, please do not use it.

2 · The apps are separate

Apps published by Mindnull are downloaded from and delivered by Apple's App Store. Your use of them is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with any terms shown inside the app itself. Nothing on this page replaces or overrides those.

3 · Purchases, subscriptions and refunds

All payments for Mindnull apps are processed by Apple. Mindnull never sees or handles your payment details. That also means Mindnull cannot issue refunds or cancel a subscription on your behalf:

Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten a period you have already paid for.

4 · Ownership

The Mindnull name, the app names, the icons, the text and the design of this site belong to Mindnull, except where a third party's material is used under licence. You may link to the site freely and quote from it with attribution. You may not copy the design wholesale, reuse the icons, or present the work as your own.

5 · Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to systems behind it, or use it to distribute anything unlawful. That is the whole of it.

6 · Availability and accuracy

The site is provided as it is. Descriptions of apps reflect them at the time of writing; software changes, and a feature described here may work differently in a later version. Availability is not guaranteed and pages may change or be removed without notice.

7 · Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mindnull is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site — including lost data, lost profit or lost time. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8 · Links

This site links to the App Store and may link elsewhere. Those destinations are not under Mindnull's control and are not endorsed by their being linked.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

10 · Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top always reflects the current version; continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
